Dr Rocky Lam, graduated from CityU Engineering Doctorate Program, has over 40 years experience in information technology industry. Dr Lam has his own IT consulting company which across Greater China, SEA and UK. In addition, he is also adjunct professor of CityU, Warwick university, Hunan University of Finance and Economics, and School advisor of Hang Seng University. He is now promoting ESG and AI digital transformation to various organizations.

Description
Dr Lotto Lai has more than 20 years education, research and industrial working experience in a position of executive level, especially in the area of quality & innovation management, testing and certification (T&C) industry. Dr Lai served in Hong Kong Science and Technology Park for near 12 years as Senior Manager of Quality System. Moreover, He has serviced the Hong Kong Society for Quality (HKSQ) since 1997. Furthermore, he has been appointed as a member of the Testing, Inspection and Certification Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC) by Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (HKQF), Education Bureau, HKSAR, since 2010. In 2016 and 2020, Dr Lai was elected as a Fellow of the ASQ and Academician of International Academy for Quality (IAQ), respectively. He has nominated by Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC), HKSAR to be the 1st Hong Kong observer in ISO/TC 279 Innovation Management since 2016.
